How Remixure handles your data.

Remixure is operated by Remodeled AI, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company operating from Florida, United States.

This privacy notice is a draft and is not legally approved. The effective date, final retention periods, complete service list, jurisdiction-specific rights, and final privacy procedures still require owner and legal decisions. The product is live for review, but this draft is not final legal evidence.

Data you provide

  • Account and team details: your name, email address, workspace memberships, roles, invitations, and sign-in records.
  • Creative work: brands, projects, research questions and sources, briefs and their versions, rights choices, references, instructions, reviews, approvals, handoffs, and workflow history.
  • Files: images, uploaded footage, audio, storyboard briefs and drafts, narration scripts, image prompts, generated images and narration, transcripts, timed caption tracks, composition documents, and exported video when you use the web studio. Uploaded and generated files are stored privately for authorized workspace members. A verified workspace owner or admin can deliberately grant limited guest access to a finished export using a preview link and separate code. The free script timer, subtitle converter, and caption editor process their text in your browser. The caption editor previews local video without uploading it. Native mobile development is outside the current release.
  • Account services: subscription status, support requests, deletion requests, and the receipts created for those actions. Remixure does not ask you to type payment-card numbers into the product.
  • Technical details: limited request, error, job, and security information needed to operate the service and prevent abuse.

How the data is used

Remixure uses data to sign you in, keep work inside the correct workspace, run actions you request, preserve version and approval history, recover failed work, deliver account messages, respond to support requests, provide exports and deletion receipts, protect the service, and understand whether core workflows complete.

Remixure does not sell your creative work. Routine product measurement is designed to exclude raw media, creative instructions, secret credentials, and the contents of private workspaces.

When data leaves your device

Web workspace data is stored on Cloudflare so authorized team members can collaborate. If you request an available English, Spanish, French or Portuguese AI storyboard, an English or Spanish narration, or a generated scene image, your brief, article/reference text and title, selected brand notes, script, or prompt is sent to Cloudflare Workers AI for that generation. The result is stored privately in your workspace and requires your review before it can be added to a video. Article attribution URLs are stored privately as reference notes and are not sent to the drafting model. Adding an attribution URL does not fetch it. When you explicitly request a webpage import, Cloudflare fetches the public HTTPS page with a Remixure user agent, without forwarding your session, credentials, or browser cookies. The destination website can observe that request. Remixure extracts text without running scripts or importing linked media. Import results are cached privately for retry recovery, expire after 24 hours, and are removed by scheduled cleanup; workspace usage records retain attempt state and time. The import itself makes no AI request. Only the source text you review and submit with a storyboard request goes to the drafting model.

PDF, Word, PowerPoint, text and Markdown source files are read in your browser; the original source file is not uploaded. Only the notes you review and deliberately save to the source library or send with a draft request reach the service.

The Word reader copies body text and its cited footnotes or endnotes from supported internal parts; it does not fetch links or import uncited notes.

The PowerPoint reader extracts stored slide text locally; you choose one slide to review before replacing your notes. Reading standard stored speaker-note bodies is off by default and requires a separate choice before opening the file. Notes are shown separately and are included in the source only when you explicitly choose them and review the combined passage. Linked content, inherited templates, other note placeholders, freeform note shapes, generated field values, comments and images are not imported.

PDF import reads selectable text or, when you explicitly choose it, recognizes printed English, Spanish, French or Portuguese on one scanned page locally. The page image stays in your browser. Reader assets and the selected language dictionary download from this site when needed; reading does not open document links or run document scripts. The draft retains a copy until workspace deletion.

When you request automatic captions, the selected WAV recording is sent to Cloudflare Workers AI for English or Spanish speech recognition. Word timings and the resulting transcript are stored privately with the draft until workspace deletion. You confirm recording rights and speaker permission before the request, and review the draft before applying it. Video exports are composed in a private Cloudflare container using the saved scene document and its selected media.

When you request subtitle translation, Workers AI receives the saved caption wording and declared original and target languages. Original cue text, cue times, source recording identity and the editable translated candidate are kept privately in your workspace. Available translation languages are English, Spanish, French and Portuguese; this translates text only and does not dub the recording.

Optional source-note device recovery is off by default. If you enable it, Remixure keeps a bounded copy of reference, partial product and paused notes in unencrypted storage in this browser for up to 24 hours. It is separate from a server library save and excludes original files, media origins, saved-source links and permission confirmations. Expired copies cannot be restored, but their raw text can remain until removed or signed out. Avoid this option on shared devices. Restoring requires current account and workspace checks. Removing the device copy leaves the current form and saved library sources unchanged; signout and account-deletion exit clear Remixure recovery keys.

When you request transcription of a full original recording, the private Cloudflare container extracts bounded audio windows and sends them to Workers AI for English or Spanish speech recognition. The source identity, candidate text and word timings remain in the workspace. Temporary WAV windows are deleted after the job finishes, fails or is cancelled; cleanup waits for a running extraction or provider call to end. Short-lived records of opaque storage keys remain for up to 24 hours to remove a delayed write, including after workspace deletion. Those cleanup records contain no audio, transcript text or recording names.

Cloudflare states that it does not use Workers AI customer content to train models or improve services without explicit consent. Its processing and service terms still apply. See Cloudflare’s Workers AI data-use information. Payment, AI video generation, and direct social publishing remain unavailable; the product must state when a requested connection is unavailable.

Opening another app’s share screen is only a handoff. It does not prove that the destination published the media.

Client preview access

If an owner or admin creates a client preview, Remixure stores its file and version identity, title, creator, expiry, revocation state and daily file-access count. The random code is shown once; the service stores its hash, not the code itself. The guest page sends the code in a request header, not the URL, and does not require a guest account. Anyone who receives both details can view or keep a copy of that export until access ends.

Each new access checks the link, the creator’s account and role, the workspace and the current saved video version. Revocation, expiry or a newer saved version blocks future access, but cannot recall bytes already received. Workspace metadata exports include link status without codes or their hashes. Creator account removal revokes their links; workspace purge removes the records. Final retention periods remain under review.

Email support data

Email you send to our support address passes through Cloudflare Email Routing to our support destination at Gmail. Those email services process the sender address, message, attachments, and delivery information. Send only the details needed for your request. Email is separate from workspace support receipts; deleting a receipt does not delete an email conversation. Final support-email retention procedures remain under review.

Your choices

You can choose whether to upload reference media, use an optional connected feature, buy a subscription when available, or hand an export to another app. Authorized workspace members can download workspace metadata and version history. That export is not a backup of original media.

You can request account deletion in Settings → Account privacy. The flow signs out your sessions, removes your memberships, and starts cleanup for workspaces you alone own. Shared workspace content can remain with other members. A Remixure receipt does not claim that payment services, app stores, email records, backups, or legally required records were erased.

Security and contact

Remixure limits workspace access by account and role, protects secret credentials, and records sensitive actions so they can be reviewed. No online service can promise perfect security.

For privacy questions or account-access assistance, email support@remixure.com or use Settings → Feedback and help. Account ownership must be verified before account-specific changes. No response time is promised.
