Give the words room.
Compare formats and caption placement before editing a video. This uses the same caption strip, presets and text layout as Remixure’s studio. Your wording stays in this tab.
Long wording can shrink to fit. At 1080p, geometry and text scale by 1.5. Shorten a crowded cue and check it at normal playback size.

Save the document as caption-space-example.json, or the subtitle track as caption-space-example.vtt. The VTT contains words and times; appearance belongs to the video document.
Check the frame you will actually use.
Changing from 9:16 to 16:9 changes the available width and the words on each line. Remixure reserves a 200px caption strip and a 48px edge gap at 720p; at 1080p they become 300px and 72px. Scene text makes room for the selected strip. The guide shows that reserved area, rather than a platform’s publishing controls.
Preview your finished export on its destination before posting. Player buttons, account names, descriptions and device cropping can cover additional space. Keep essential details away from those controls and avoid covering a product or a speaker’s face.
Make the words match the sound.
This example holds one cue for four seconds. Use the caption editor for real cue timing and a local-video preview, or add timed captions in the studio. A subtitle file carries timing and words; choose the preset and placement separately.
The downloaded document is a valid schema-1 Remixure example for the SDK or studio CLI. It has one original scene and no audio or external media. It is not a saved account project. Copy your wording before closing this page.
